Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato Lummus

🍴Serves: 3 portions
Ingredients:
250 g pasta, cooked
2 jars of Sun-dried Tomato Lummus
1 cup of pasta cooking water or warm water
salt and black pepper
grated cheese (optional)
🥣Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and reserve a cup of the cooking water for the sauce. Set the cooked pasta aside for later.
2. Add the Lummus, pasta cooking water, salt and pepper to a frying pan and cook for about 2 minutes, or until creamy.
3. Add the cooked pasta and mix well before serving.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
