Pasta Alfredo with Lummus Original
Bringing our Tarwi twist to the classic Pasta Alfredo 😋 using Lummus Original as a dressing!
We LOVE using the Lummus as a base for a high protein dressing: it adds flavour and nutrients, turning a comfort meal into a more balanced plate 🥰

🍴 Serves: 2 portions
🍝 Ingredients:
- 250 gr cooked pasta
- Tarwi Alfredo Dressing (recipe below)
- grated parmesan cheese (dairy or non dairy alternative)
🍶 Tarwi Alfredo Dressing:
- 1/2 Lummus Original
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup of cooked pasta water
🥣 Method:
1. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the pack. Save the cooked pasta water!
2. In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients. Don’t forget to add the cooked pasta to the dressing. Stir well.
3. Serve with grated parmesan cheese, simple as that! 💛
