Protein Pancakes

🥞 Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana 🍌

  • 30g of rolled oats 🌾

  • 1 egg 🥚

  • 5g of More Than Protein in your favorite flavor 🌱

Preparation:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork until it becomes a puree.

  2. Add the egg, oats, and protein powder. Mix well until you have a creamy batter.

  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it (with coconut oil, olive oil, or cooking spray).

  4. Place small portions of batter in the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes on the other side.

  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings: fresh fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, or cinnamon ✨
