π« Ingredients:
20g melted chocolate + 1 square of chocolate
1 egg
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
50ml milk of choice
3 tbsp (30g) more than Protein: Rich cocoa
4 tsp (20g) cocoa powder + more for dust
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
Unhealthy vegetable butter (we use a vegan option)
π₯£ Method:
1. Grease the mold with unsalted vegetable spread and dust with coconut powder to make it easier to remove the cake. Preheat the oven to 180ΒΊC or the air fryer to 160ΒΊC.
2. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix until fully combined.
3. Pour half of the mixture, add the chocolate square into the center, and pour into the rest of the batter.
4. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
Great for sharing, but so good you might not want to!
