Creamy Mac & Cheese
The comfort food you didn’t know you needed 🍝 our take on Mac & Cheese! 🧀

🍴 Serves: 4 portions
🧀 Ingredients
1 Butternut Squash (cubes)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & black pepper
3 tbsp Lummus Original
300ml milk of your choice
400 gr pasta (cooked)
1 cup cooked pasta water (optional)
🥣 Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Peel and cube butternut squash, spread on a baking tray, drizzle olive oil, season to taste and roast for about 25-30 minutes. While the squash is roasting, boil water to make the pasta as directed on the box.
3. When the butternut squash is done roasting add to a blender with milk and Lummus original.
4. Blend the sauce until creamy. If it is too thick add a little bit more milk and pasta water until it reaches a creamy consistency. Drain the pasta and add the sauce, stir, and enjoy! 😋
