Chocolate-covered raspberries

Chocolate-covered raspberries are proof that a snack can be delicious and nutritious at the same time. Here, the ‘chocolate’ is made only with Tarwi Cocoa Protein and hot water, creating a creamy, rich and totally plant-based coating.
The result is small protein treats, full of fibre and essential minerals, perfect to always have in the freezer and grab whenever you feel like a quick, balanced and flavourful sweet treat.

🕒 Freezer time: minimum 2 hours
🍴 Serves: 14 raspberries
Ingredients:
- 14 raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of More than Protein: Intense Cocoa
- water as needed
🥣 Preparation:
1. In a bowl, add the cocoa protein and gradually add water until you obtain a creamy consistency, similar to melted chocolate.
2. Dip the raspberries, one by one, covering them with the cocoa mixture.
3. Place them on a plate lined with baking paper and put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate solidifies.
