Banana Protein Pancakes
Weekends call for pancakes 🥞 & we have some delicious protein-packed ones!

🕒 Time: 15 min
🍴Serves: 3 pancakes
🥞 Ingredients for 1 person:
1 banana
30 gr oats
cinnamon powder
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tbsp Tarwi Vanilla Protein Powder
1 egg
🥣 Method:
1. Mash the banana with a fork, then add the rest of the ingredients and combine everything.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add large spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface. Gently lift and flip the pancakes. Cook for 1 more minute.
3. Repeat the cooking process with the rest of the pancake batter.
4. Serve with banana slices and honey or with your favourite topping 😋
