Creamy Broccoli Pasta with Lummus & Basil
By now you know how much we love our high protein Lummus dressings, and there is no better pairing to these cold January days than a cosy feel-good pasta dish, full of greens to keep you healthy!

🍴 Serves: 4
🍝 Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 courgette, sliced
1 head of broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
150-200 ml pasta water
1 pack Lummus & Basil
1 tin coconut cream or regular cream
salt & black pepper
300 gr pasta, we used tagliatelle
🥣 Method:
1. Add the olive oil to a large pan, and heat the pan to medium heat. In the meantime boil a pot of water and about half a tablespoon of sea salt. Cook the pasta according to the container’s instructions.
2. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are soft and fragrant. Then add the courgette and let it cook, add half of the pasta water and season with salt & black pepper.
3. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until everything has softened.
5. Add the Lummus & Basil, the coconut cream and the broccoli florets to the frying pan.
6. Let these cook for a few minutes, stirring them in and letting the broccoli cook. If the sauce is too thick add more pasta water. Then add the pasta, mixing everything before serving.
